The Company announces that pursuant to the authority granted at the Annual
General Meeting on 23rd July, 1999, the company acquired 2,500 Ordinary Shares
of 25p each in the Company at a price of 126p per share and 17,000 Ordinary
Shares at 128p per share on 16th June, 2000.
