Notice of Adjourned Annual General Meeting ("Adjourned AGM")

Panthera Resources plc (AIM: PAT), the gold exploration and development company with assets in India and West Africa, announces that it has today posted to shareholders a formal notice of Adjourned AGM. The Adjourned AGM is to be held at the offices of Druces LLP, Salisbury House, London Wall, London EC2M 5PS, United Kingdom on 5 November 2020 at 10:30 a.m. BST.  A copy of the Notice of Adjourned AGM is available on the Company's website: www.pantheraresources.com

The Company's AGM held on 30 September 2020 was adjourned to allow the Company's annual accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2020 together with the Directors' report and auditor's report on those accounts ("the 2019-20 Accounts"), to be with shareholders of the Company ("the Shareholders") for the required minimum of 21 days prior to their consideration at a general meeting. The 2019-20 Accounts were posted to Shareholders on 30 September 2020.

The Adjourned AGM will be run as a closed meeting and Shareholders will not be able to attend due to restrictions on personal movement and social distancing measures implemented by the UK Government in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which require that special measures be adopted for the AGM to protect the health and safety of the Shareholders.

Given the restrictions on attendance, members are strongly encouraged to appoint the 'Chair of the Meeting' as their proxy, rather than a named person, who will not be permitted to attend the meeting, if they haven't already done so. Shareholders are also invited to submit questions in advance of the meeting via email at [e-mail] by no later than 5.00 p.m. on 3 November 2020. Responses to the questions will be made available on the Company's website following the conclusion of the Adjourned AGM.
