Notice of General Meeting

Panthera Resources Plc (AIM: PAT), the gold exploration and development company with assets in India and West Africa, announces that it will hold a General Meeting of the Company at 2:00 P.M. on 28 January 2019 at 2 Duke Street, Manchester Square, London, W1U 3EH.

The Company has posted to its shareholders the notice of the General Meeting, the purpose of which is to grant the Directors the right to allot shares and dis-apply pre-emption rights. The notice of the General Meeting will shortly be available from Panthera's website (www.pantheraresources.com)
