2010 Annual Report and 2011 Annual General Meeting

The Company has today posted copies of the following documents to its shareholders:

1.   Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2010, which have been based on the information disclosed in the Final Results Announcement made on 24 November 2010;

2.   Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 10 February 2011; and

3.   Form of Proxy in respect of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 10 February 2011.

Copies of each of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and they will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
