Interregnum plc has announced that it has reached agreement with Screen plc for

down from Interregnum's board in order to take up a permanent position as CEO of
Screen plc, an Interregnum client company, with immediate effect.
This appointment follows a successful engagement by Interregnum during which
Adrian Merryman worked as a key member of the Screen plc interim management
team to effect the corporate reorganisation and successfully return the company
to trading on the Alternative, Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock
Exchange. Further information on which is contained in Screen plc's Stock
Exchange announcements of the 6th and 18th of November, and 5th and 17th
December 2002.
Adrian Merryman's other Interregnum responsibilities will be assumed by Ken
Olisa, Chairman and CEO, and Roger Jeynes, Chief Operating Officer. Ian Taylor,
MBE, MP, will continue as part-time Executive Chairman of Screen plc and as an
Executive Director of Interregnum.
Commenting on this appointment, Ken Olisa said:
'Adrian Merryman has played an important role in the development of Interregnum
since he joined us in January 2000 from CIBC, where he had championed CIBC's
original equity investment in Interregnum in 1998. Adrian's appointment to
become CEO of Screen plc, as part of that company's restructuring plan, is a
very tangible sign of the value which our clients place in the operational
skills and experience of the Interregnum team members.'
