Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report

Parsley Box Group plc (AIM: MEAL), the direct to consumer provider of ready meals focused on the Baby Boomer+ demographic, confirms that it has today posted the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2021 together with its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at Quartermile, One Lauriston Place, Edinburgh, EH3 9EN at 10:00 a.m. (UK time) on 1 June 2022.
