Parity strengthens permanent recruitment business


Parity Group plc, the IT consultancy and staffing solutions group, announces
today it has acquired Wokingham-based Professional IT Search and Solutions Ltd
('Professional IT'), a privately owned company specialising in permanent
recruitment in the UK.


All three members of the business will be joining Parity, with its co-owner
and founder, Mark Darby, becoming UK Sales Director of Parity's permanent
recruitment business, Parity Selection.



Ian Miller, Chief Executive of Parity, said: 'This acquisition further
strengthens our position in the UK permanent recruitment market following the
launch of Parity Selection in 2000 and the subsequent acquisition of Prime
Selection in January 2001.'
