Parity Group plc acquires Sx3's IT Training Solutions Business
Parity Group plc ('Parity'), the IT services group, announces the acquisition of
the Northern Ireland based IT training division of Service & Systems Solutions
Limited ('Sx3'). The consideration is performance related, subject to a maximum
of £200,000 and is payable, based on business revenues, over the twelve months
from the date of the acquisition. The acquisition brings with it significant
new blue-chip clients which will add to Parity's presence in Northern Ireland.
Ian Miller, Chief Executive of Parity, commented:
'We have been pleased with the continued growth of Parity's business in Northern
Ireland and the acquisition of the training division of Sx3 is a valuable
addition to our existing operations in this market.'
