PARITY GROUP PLC: BOARD CHANGE
Appointment of Group Finance Director
Parity Group plc ('Parity'), the IT consultancy group, today announces the
appointment of Alison Leyshon as Group Finance Director with immediate effect.
Alison, 34, has for the last two years been Company Secretary and Group
Financial Controller for Parity. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with
PriceWaterhouse, where she spent 11 years, latterly as the senior manager
responsible for the Parity audit. Alison succeeds Ray King who is leaving
Parity to become Group Finance Director of BUPA.
Commenting on the appointment, Ian Miller, Chief Executive of Parity, said: '
We are very pleased to welcome Alison to the Group Board. During her time with
Parity, Alison has shown that she has all the credentials to make an excellent
Finance Director as we take the Group forward into its next period of growth'.
