        Parity Group plc: Change of Role for Board Director Rick Bacon


Parity Group plc, the international IT services group, announces a change in
the role of Board Director Rick Bacon who joined Parity in August 1999 and
latterly has been Managing Director of the Group's Technology Staffing
division. As Managing Director - Corporate Business, Rick Bacon will now head
up a new business unit encompassing Key Account Management, Human Resources &
Development, Marketing & Public Relations and Information Technology for
Parity Group plc.  The new unit will further strengthen the Group strategy
announced in May 2001.


With Rick Bacon responsible for these disciplines across the Group,
operational management will report directly to Ian Miller.


By having the Account Managers responsible for Parity's largest clients report
directly to a Main Board Director, Parity is demonstrating the priority it
places on client relationships.  In addition, the key supporting functions of
people development, marketing and information technology are essential in
maximising the co-operation of Parity's lines of business in the marketplace
wherever possible.
