Parity Group plc
Parity Group plc ('Parity'), the international IT services company, announces
that Philip Swinstead has decided to stand down as a non-executive Director
with effect from the end of January 2002. He will continue to provide
consultancy support in strategic business development to the company over the
next two and a half years.
Parity Chairman, Bill Cockburn, said:
'As the founder of Parity, Philip has made a major contribution and has
created a platform from which Ian Miller, Chief Executive, and his team are
implementing the agreed strategy to build sustainable shareholder value. We
are delighted Philip has agreed to continue to provide advice and support to
the company and we offer him our warmest thanks and best wishes for the future
'.
Philip Swinstead said:
'Now that the new management team are firmly in place with a clear strategy
approved by the Board, I believe it is time to move on and develop my other
business interests. However, I am delighted to have the opportunity to help
Parity to realise its full potential under the leadership of Ian Miller, Chief
Executive, and Bill Cockburn, Chairman.'
