                                  Board Changes


Parity Group plc, the IT services company, is pleased to announce the
appointment  of Ian Ketchin as Group Finance Director.

Between 2004 and 2006, Ian was Group Finance Director of MSB International plc, 
a publicly listed IT recruitment business, and he played a key role in its 
successful sale to Networkers International plc at the end of 2006. He was 
previously with Ernst & Young LLP where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant 
in 1990.

Ian's appointment as Group Finance Director and as a Director of the Company 
takes effect today, replacing Joe Kelly who has resigned as a Director of the 
Company with immediate effect.

Alwyn Welch, Chief Executive, said:

'The Board would like to thank Joe for his long service and efforts on behalf 
of the Company, particularly during the last two years of recovery, and wishes 
him well for the future.

'We are delighted to welcome Ian to the Board. Ian brings with him significant 
financial and industry experience and he will be a valuable addition to the 
senior leadership team.'

There are no other disclosures relating to Ian Ketchin's appointment to be made
under Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6).

Parity will hold its Annual General Meeting on 13 June 2007.
