                      Notification of Preliminary Results

Parity Group PLC, the UK IT services group, will be announcing preliminary
results for the full year ended 31 December 2006, on Wednesday 14 March 2007.

There will be a presentation to analysts held on the day at 9.15 for 9.30 am at
