Posting of Annual Report and notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that the Annual Report 2012, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2013 and Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 30 April 2013. These documents are now available on the Company's website at www.parity.net.

Parity's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m on 30 May 2013 at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London EC2A 4ES on Thursday.
