Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, the Company notifies the market that the Company's issued ordinary share capital as at 1 July 2013 consists of 75,423,094 ordinary shares with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 75,423,094.

The above figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
