DECLARATION OF THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Company announces the payment of the third interim dividend in respect of the year ending 30 September 2022 of 3.6 pence per ordinary share.

This thirdinterimdividendwill be paid  on 28 October 2022 to all shareholders on the register as at 23 September 2022. Theex-dividend date is 22 September 2022.

DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN ("DRIP")

The Company has in place a DRIP which allows shareholders to use their dividends to purchase further ordinary shares in the Company. The last election date to participate in the DRIP for the third interim dividend is 7 October 2022.
