PayPoint win contract with supermarket chain Somerfield PayPoint, the UK's most recognised payment collection brand, has signed its biggest ever contract with a supermarket chain. The three year agreement with Somerfield will enable PayPoint to provide mobile phone electronic top-ups through their till systems in the majority of stores across the country from November 2006. This will extend PayPoint's current relationship with Somerfield which consists of providing full service PayPoint terminals in 297 stores across the UK, where customers can make bill payments, pay their TV licences and top up their mobile phones, amongst other services.
