In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, PayPoint plc announces that one of its non-executive directors, Neil Carson who is also Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of PayPoint plc will join the Board of TT Electronics PLC as Chairman with effect from the close of its Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2015.
