Notifiable Interest

The Company was notified that today Keith Charles Richmond sold 2,000,000
ordinary 1p shares at a price of 5 pence per share. Of these, 1,825,799
ordinary shares were registered in the name of Keith Richmond and 174,201 of
these were registered in the name of Marina Richmond, the wife of Keith
Richmond. Mr Richmond's total beneficial interest now comprises of 1,334,985
ordinary 1p shares representing 4.97 per cent of the issued share capital of
that class.

The Company was also notified that today Suffolk Life Annuities Limited
purchased 2,000,000 ordinary 1p shares at a price of 5 pence per share.
Suffolk Life Annuities Limited's current holding now comprises of 3,258,255
ordinary shares representing 12.13 per cent of the issued share capital of
that class.
