COUNTYWeb.com PLC ('the Company')
The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all the
resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed, except resolution 6.
Resolution 6 related to the disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights
pursuant to section 95 of the Companies Act.
It is anticipated that the change of the Company's name to County Contact
Centres PLC will take effect from today.
