PEARSON COMPLETES SALE OF 4% INDIRECT STAKE IN BSKYB FOR £408 MILLION
Pearson plc, the international media company, has today completed the planned
disposal, announced on 22 July, of its 4% stake in BSkyB plc to Vivendi, for
which it has received £408 million in cash.
