     Vislink Completes Purchase of Microwave Radio Communications Business    
                    ('MRC')of Adaptive Broadband Corporation                  



Vislink  plc  ('Vislink')  is pleased to confirm that  it  has  completed  
the purchase  of MRC and that the 7,758,621 new ordinary shares have been
admitted to the London and Dublin Stock Exchanges.

As  announced  on 26 July 2000, shareholders voted to approve the  
acquisition and the placing of 7,758,621 new ordinary shares at 58 pence.
