Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Pebble Beach Systems Group plc (AIM: "PEB", "Pebble" or the "Group"), a leading global software business specialising in playout automation and content management solutions for the broadcast and streaming service markets, is pleased to announce that Chris Errington will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 4 May 2021.

Chris, a qualified chartered accountant, is a partner at Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel") and is their Head of Research, with a primary focus on the Kestrel Opportunities Fund, which puts an emphasis on smaller quoted companies and pro-actively working with management to improve their value.

Commenting on Chris' appointment, John Varney, Non-Executive Chairman said, "We are delighted to welcome Chris to the Board. We feel that his significant experience of researching and modelling growth strategies combined with a pertinent background from being CEO at Gresham Technologies plc, a B2B provider of high integrity software to a sophisticated market, will enhance the Board's collective strength and be hugely beneficial to the next phase of the Group".

Mr Errington was a Director of Snoozebox Holdings plc and Snoozebox Limited at the time they went into administration in 2017. Following the administration Snoozebox Holdings Plc was put into creditors voluntary liquidation, and Snoozebox Limited was put into a corporate voluntary arrangement in 2018.

Mr Errington will retain his position as Head of Research at Kestrel.

Mr Errington is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel. Mr Errington is also a shareholder in one of Kestrel's clients ("Kestrel Opportunities"), and is therefore deemed to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities' entire legal holding in Pebble.

Kestrel Opportunities holds (and consequently Mr Errington is deemed to have a beneficial interest in) 12,395,625 Shares in Pebble, and other clients of Kestrel, in which Mr Errington has no beneficial interest hold 24,689,904 Shares in Pebble.

On a combined basis, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 37,085,529 Shares in Pebble, which represents 29.76% per cent of Pebble's issued share capital.

 There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
