             Significant Law Enforcement and Security contract win

Vislink, a leading supplier of microwave radio and satellite transmission
products for the broadcast and security markets and of CCTV systems for the
marine security market is pleased to announce that the Group's UK RF business
has won an international Law Enforcement and Security contract worth £1.2
million.

The contract has been signed with a government customer in Asia for the supply
of an integrated satellite uplink system incorporating Advent's lightweight
Mantis flyaway satellite systems and Newswift vehicle-mounted satellite antenna
solutions.

Commenting on this latest contract win, Ian Scott-Gall, Chief Executive of
Vislink plc, said:
