Vislink plc announces appointment of new Board Director
Vislink plc is pleased to announce that with effect from October 1, 2007, Mr
Oliver Ellingham will be joining the Board as a non-executive director and
Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Oliver is currently Head of Corporate Finance for Europe for BNP Paribas, the
French financial institution, where he has worked for the last 10 years advising
companies such as Hanson, Saint Gobain, Imperial Tobacco and EDF Energy on
acquisitions and strategy.
Prior to BNP Paribas, he was a Director at Flemings, the investment bank now
part of JPMorgan. Oliver qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and
Young in London.
Commenting on the appointment Mr Ian Scott-Gall Chief Executive said, 'The
appointment of Oliver Ellingham will strengthen the Board, particularly with his
knowledge of international business development and corporate finance
experience'
There is no further information that requires disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13
of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules.
