Vislink plc announces appointment of new Board Director.

Vislink plc is pleased to announce that Mr Robin Howe will be joining the Board
as a non-executive director with effect from June 1st 2006. Mr Howe, aged 58, is
Chairman of MetaSphere Ltd and currently holds several non-executive
directorships with private companies. He was previously the Chief Executive
Officer of UDEX Holdings Ltd from 2002 to early 2005, prior to which he headed
the Broadcast Systems Division of VITEC Group PLC.

Commenting on the appointment Mr Ian Scott-Gall Chief Executive said, 'The
appointment of Robin Howe will strengthen the Board particularly with his
experience of international business development in the Broadcast industry and
his operational experience in running technology businesses.'

There is no further information that requires disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13
of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules.
