EGM Voting Results
A General Meeting of Vislink plc was held today, Friday 7th March 2008 at 10:00
am to consider, and if thought fit, pass resolutions concerning the adoption of
a new executive long-term incentive plan, employee share incentive plan and US
share purchase plan. The details of the proposals had previously been sent to
shareholders.
All of the resolutions were duly passed at the meeting.
The results of the proxy voting is shown below. At the close of business on 6th
March 2008 there were 138,533,588 relevant shares in issue.
