                            INTERIM DIVIDEND DETAILS


Further to the announcement today by Peel Hotels plc of its Interim Results for
the 28 weeks ended 26 August 2007, the Company announces that the interim
dividend referred to in that announcement of 2p per share will be paid on 23
November 2007 to shareholders on the register on 26 October 2007.
