China Africa announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Morrison & Foerster (UK) LLP, 7th Floor, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AW on Tuesday 4 June 2013 at 11.00am.

The Company also confirms that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 have been published and copies have been posted to shareholders.
