Notice of General Meeting for Business Restructuring and Fundraising

The Company announces that, further to its announcement on 21 November 2016, it has today posted a circular to Shareholders including a notice of general meeting relating to a proposed Company restructuring, £1million fundraise and transition  into Rule 15 Cash shell seeking a reverse takeover transition primarily focused on the energy metals and minerals sector.

The General Meeting of the Company is to be held at the officer of Cooley (UK) LLP, Dashwood, 69 Old Broad Street, London ECM 1QS on 14 December 2016 at 11am.
