Directors' Share Transactions


Persimmon plc (the 'Company') announces that on 26 June 2007 David Thompson,
non-executive Director received a transfer of 3,350 ordinary shares in the
Company from his wife, Mrs Marika Thompson.  As a result of these transactions
Mr Thompson and his family remain interested in 31,155 shares or 0.01% of the
issued share capital of the Company.  Mr Thompson also has a non-beneficial
interest of 12,155 ordinary shares.


The issued share capital of the Company on 26 June 2007 was 302,500,125 ordinary
shares.
