Directors' Share Transactions
Persimmon plc (the 'Company') announces that it has today been informed that Mr
Adam Applegarth, non-executive Director bought 3,553 ordinary shares in the
Company on 28 February 2006, at an average price of 1397p. Also the Company was
today informed that Mr Hamish Leslie Melville non-executive Director sold 50,000
ordinary shares in the Company on 28 February 2006, at an average price of
1393p.
In addition the Company announces that on 27 February 2006 the following shares
vested under the rules of the Company's executive Directors' annual bonus
arrangements:-
