Grant of Share Options to Directors
Screen , a leading provider of advanced security and communication systems
focused on homeland security, announces that on 22 April 2003, the Company
granted, in aggregate, options over 4,265,104 ordinary shares in the Company to
Directors of the Company as described below:

Exercise of the options granted is conditional on the Company achieving certain
financial targets.
In addition, further share options were granted on the same day to other key
employees under the Enterprise Management Incentive scheme, over a total of
508,251 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 7.75 pence.
Following these grants the Company has a total of 5,324,433 ordinary shares
under option, which represents 9.45 per cent of the Company's existing issued
ordinary share capital.
