Further to recent announcements, Petra confirms its intention to apply for admission, with a premium listing, of its entire issued share capital to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Listing"), and for admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market ("Admission"). It is expected that Listing and Admission will take place on or shortly after 8 December 2011 at which time admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
