Directors/PDMR Shareholdings
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Petrofac Limited (the "Company") was today
notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of
US$0.025 each:
1. That the Lamia Trust (the "Trust"), a trust in which a director of the
Company, Ayman Asfari is a beneficiary, sold 4,000,000 shares on 22 April
2008 at £6.15 per share.
2. That Mr Asfari sold 1,500,000 shares on 22 April 2008 at £6.15 per share.
Neither the Trust nor Mr Asfari have sold shares since the Initial Public
Offering in October 2005 and the transactions set out above represent less than
8% of Mr Asfari's beneficial holding prior to the sale. Mr Asfari's total
beneficial holding following the above transactions is 63,782,114 representing
18.46% of the current shares in issue.
The Company has 345,434,858 shares in issue as at today's date and all shares
have equal voting rights.
