Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for 2008 and Notice of the 2009 Annual General Meeting (AGM) together with a Proxy Form and an explanatory letter from the Chairman.  The AGM will be held at the Sofitel St James Hotel, 6 Waterloo Place, London SW1Y 4AN on Friday, 15 May 2009 at 10.30am.

The Company confirms that two copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for 2008, Notice of 2009 AGM, Proxy Form and explanatory letter from the Chairman have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UKLA Document Viewing Facility situated at:
