('SOCO' or 'the Company')

ADDITIONAL LISTING

Pursuant to an exercise of warrants to subscribe for 259,156 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each ('Shares'), the Company has made application for 259,156 Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Shares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

Pursuant to the above application, SOCO's capital consists of 75,237,371 Shares with voting rights. SOCO holds 27,500 Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in SOCO is 75,209,871.

The above figure (75,209,871) may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SOCO International plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
