Paper copies of the above two documents are available on request from the Company Secretary at the Company's registered office at St James's House, 23 King Street, London SW1Y 6QY.

Paper copies of the above two documents, together with a Form of Proxy, are being mailed to those shareholders having elected to receive paper copies.

In accordance with LR 9.6.1, copies of the above two documents, together with a Form of Proxy, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism's website, www.hemscott.com/nsm.do

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at The Lincoln Centre, 18 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2A 3ED on 23 June 2011 at 10 a.m.

This dissemination announcement is based upon the Company's announcement of Preliminary Results for the Year Ended 31 December 2010 made on 23 March 2011 with the addition of information required by DTR 6.3 set out below in the Appendix.

Appendix

Following the release of the Company's Preliminary Results for the Year Ended 31 December 2010 made on 23 March 2011 additional information is set out below in accordance with DTR 6.3.

1. Directors' Responsibility Statement  

Directors' Responsibility Statement pursuant to DTR 4 prepared in connection with the full annual accounts and Annual Report of the Directors.

The Directors confirm that, to the best of each person's knowledge:

(a) the financial statements set out on pages 66 to 90, which have been prepared in accordance with applicable United Kingdom law and International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union, give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit of the Company and of the Group taken as a whole; and

(b) the management report, which is incorporated into this report, includes a fair review of the development and performance of the business and the position of the Company and the Group taken as a whole, together with a description of the principal risks and uncertainties that they face.
