Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging

Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

The Company announces that Dr Mike Watts, a Non-Executive Director, has today acquired a further 23,553 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares"), representing 0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.  The Shares were acquired in the open market at a price of £4.245603 per Share. As a result of this transaction, Dr Watts is interested in 67,905 Shares, representing 0.02% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.

The above figures reflect the sub-division of the Company's issued ordinary share capital which became effective on 10 June 2010, whereby each existing ordinary share of £0.20 was subdivided into four ordinary shares of £0.05 each.
