The Company announces that on 2 September 2011, Mr Gordon Graham, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, completed an exercise over options granted under the SOCO 1997 Company Share Option Plan to acquire 40,000 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each which were then sold in the open market at an average sale price of £ 3.275.
