On 14 March 2014, Executive Directors of the Company, Roger Cagle and Cynthia Cagle (together, "the Option Holders"), exercised Options over a total of  254,837 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") and donated the resulting Shares to charity.

Mr Roger Cagle and Ms Cynthia Cagle are connected persons to each other and are jointly interested in 7,998,261 Shares, representing 2.41%        of the issued share capital of the Company and 1,248,549 Share options.  Individually, Mr Cagle is interested in 5,083,299 Shares, representing 1.53% of the issued share capital of the Company, of which  162,714 (0.05%) Shares are held personally and 4,920,585 (1.48%) Shares are held by C Minor Limited, a connected person to Mr Cagle.

 

Individually, Ms Cagle is interested in 2,914,962 Shares, representing 0.88% of the issued share capital of the Company, of which 110,923 (0.03%) Shares are held personally and 2,804,039 (0.85%) Shares are held by C Major Limited, a connected person to Ms Cagle.
