The Company was notified on 4 December that on the same day Mr Olivier Barbaroux
purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the Company at a purchase price of
£3.62.

Following this transaction, Mr Barbaroux holds 10,000 ordinary shares representing
0.014% of the issued share capital of the Company.
