Industry Gazprombank (Gazprombank) has purchased 550,000 (0.77%) and 
600,000 (0.84%) SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each (Shares).

Following these transactions, Gazprombank holds 3,250,000 Shares, representing
4.55% of the issued share capital of the Company.
