Intertrade Ltd acquired an additional 705,000 (0.98%) SOCO International plc
ordinary shares of £0.20 each ('Shares').

Following this transaction, Pontoil Intertrade Ltd holds 11,860,543 Shares,
representing 16.41% of the issued share capital of the Company.
