Operations Update

The Te Giac Den-2X appraisal well offshore Vietnam remains on target for testing commencing this week.

The first two development wells on the Te Giac Trang development offshore Vietnam are in various stages of completion prior to suspending them as producing wells in anticipation of a mid-year start-up of production next year at an estimated 55,000 barrels of oil per day.  Once logging is complete, the market will be updated on the implications of these initial development wells.

The Kinganga-Nyanya-1 exploration well on the previously designated "D" prospect of the Nganzi Block, onshore the Democratic Republic of Congo, spudded on 1 October.  It is currently drilling ahead below 220 metres with a targeted total depth of approximately 1,800 metres.  It is expected to take approximately 20 days to drill to total depth.
