The Board of Directors of Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited (LSE: PSDL.LN), the UK listed investment company specialising in German residential real estate, is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Branch as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 September 2020.

Greg is a Jersey resident independent non-executive director with over 30 years' experience working in the financial services and real estate sectors. He has considerable experience working with complex business structures and has a broad understanding of risk management and the valuation of unlisted assets.

Greg received a Bachelor of science in monetary economics, is ACA qualified and was previously senior partner at Deloitte LLP in Jersey. He holds a number of non-executive roles, including with Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited and Saltgate Limited.
