Purchase of Shares by the Property Adviser

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 25 July 2024, as part of the amendment to the fees payable under the Property Advisor and Investor Relations Agreement to ("PAIR") to the Company's property adviser, QSix Residential Limited ("QSix"), QSix informed the Company that it will use the post-tax proceeds of any future disposal fees eligible from the Company to buy shares in PSD.

Therefore, and further to the sale of a portfolio of 16 buildings announced on 17 December 2024, the Company notes that in accordance with the new PAIR, QSix has today purchased 269,762 Ordinary Shares in PSD at an average price of 169.1184p per Ordinary Share.
