Pursuant to Listing Rule DTR3.1, Picton Property Income Limited announces that the following beneficial holding of Shares were acquired by Mr Nicholas Thompson, Chairman of the Company, on 24 July 2013.

22,308 Ordinary Shares at 48p representing 0.006% of the Company's issued share capital.  The shares are registered under Barclays Stockbrokers.

Mr Thompson is the beneficial holder of a total of 86,001 ordinary shares, representing 0.025% of the Company's issued share capital.
