ING UK Real Estate Income Trust Limited announces commencement of new management agreement

ING UK Real Estate Income Trust Ltd ("IRET" / "the Company"), a Guernsey registered closed-ended investment company, today announces the commencement of a new management agreement between the Company and the Investment Manager (the "Supplemental IMA"). The terms of the agreement are in accordance with the Board's announcement dated 25 August 2009 (the "Announcement") outlining the amendments to the investment management agreement which were agreed between ING UK Real Estate Income Trust Ltd and ING Real Estate Investment Management UK Limited (the "Investment Manager").

Copies of the Supplemental IMA together with the original Investment Management Agreement will be available for inspection at Norton Rose LLP, 3 More London Riverside, SE1 2AQ for ten business days from the date of this announcement.
