Announcement regarding Noteholder meeting

Further to the announcement dated 24 February 2009 regarding a meeting of Noteholders of the Company's Securitised Loan Facility, the Company has received notice from the Note Trustee of an error on the voting instructions for the proxy votes.

As a result, the meeting, due to take place on 18 March 2009, has been cancelled. The Company expects a further notice will be issued in due course.
